Pulse Inteco systems specializes in the development, production, marketing and supply of a wide range of electro-optical equipment including laser transmitters, handheld and computer controlled eye-safe laser range finders, sniper fire control sights, night vision systems, laser aiming devices and other products. Pulse Inteco Systems joined the SK group on June 2010 to further position the group as a leading provider of sophisticated and comprehensive electro-optical solutions for infantry and armed forces.

Located in Haifa Bay, Israel Shipyards is one of the largest privately owned ship manufacturing and repairing facilities in the Eastern Mediterranean. Israel Shipyards offers a full range of services starting with ship design continuing with the actual manufacturing and ending with repair services. The shipyard builds  both civil and naval vessels, such as: the Saar 4/5 Combat Missile Boat; Shaldag fast patrol boat; 30-45 ton bollard pull Tug & Tanker; as well as heavy metal works (such as the Panamax container cranes). Since the Israel Shipyards has all the requisite facilities and can perform  the most difficult repair, maintenance and ship conversion assignments, the shipyard has a signed  master agreement with U.S. 6th Navy Fleet.
